10/31/1962, John Walther/Miami Herald Staff: LIKE THE TWO frugal fleas who saved and saved till they bought their own dog, Harold Lange, 8, and Glen Curtis, 9, went trick or treatin' with a mission in mind. Instead of scoffing up their goodies like all the other ghosts, they gathered and gathered on Halloween, formed a corporation and began converting the assets into cash. By late evening, the take was 24 cents. Not enough to buy a dog, but perhaps a good start on a flea farm.
